Kim Dulaney is the Founder of IEP Roadmap and serves as a special education advocate. She collaborates with families throughout the East Bay to empower students with learning differences by implementing strength-based solutions applicable in both educational and home environments. Mrs. Dulaney specializes in supporting students diagnosed with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, attention differences, and behavioral challenges.
